As we celebrate 25 years of Koori Radio 93.7FM, we are proud to announce the next evolution of our storytelling: the launch of a dedicated Podcast Studio in the heart of Redfern.
Built on a legacy of amplifying First Nations voices, this new space will empower our communities to create, share, and archive stories in their own words—on their own terms. The studio will support the production of original Koori Radio podcasts while also opening the door for community members, creatives, and emerging broadcasters to develop their own content.
From culture and music to community issues, language, and lived experiences, our podcast platform will extend the spirit of Koori Radio beyond the airwaves—reaching new audiences across Australia and around the world.
This is more than a studio. It’s a space for truth-telling, creativity, and connection—right here on Gadigal land.

To deliver this initiative at scale, Koori Radio 93.7FM is seeking strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporates and community organisations, and media and technology partners committed to measurable community impact and cultural inclusion.
This project aligns with key policy priorities around First Nations participation, digital capability development, employment pathways, and the preservation and amplification of Indigenous knowledge and storytelling.
It also provides a strong opportunity for corporate partners to meaningfully advance their ESG commitments and Reconciliation Action Plans through tangible, community-led outcomes.
For media and technology partners, the studio offers a platform for innovation, co-created content, and the expansion of diverse voices across emerging digital channels.
Partnership opportunities include financial investment, in-kind support, and collaborative program delivery, with clear benefits in audience engagement, brand alignment, and long-term social impact.
